NT WebIP Cam View & Talk is a simple web tool for viewing and talking to a device running NT WebIP Cam – RTSP Cam.
Enter the camera’s web address, connect, and view the live video directly in your browser. When supported and enabled on the camera, you can also use Push-to-Talk or Two-Way Talk to send audio from your browser back to the Android device.
The tool supports HTTP authentication, microphone control, speaker mute/unmute, and a built-in debug log for checking WebRTC connection problems.
It is designed to work with NT WebIP Cam – RTSP Cam, which turns an Android phone into an IP camera and provides RTSP, ONVIF, and web-based streaming.
